California’s Energy Savings Assistance Program helps households save energy — but outdated tools and thin educational resources were limiting who it could reach.
I designed refreshed UI/UX prototypes across web and mobile and helped build accessible video libraries that walk residents through benefits and applications — a consistent, user-friendly ecosystem built for participation.
